Upshifter of the Month
We are proud to announce that our Nashville Upshifter of the Month for October is Candace M.

Tell us a bit about yourself.
I have been in the hospitality industry for five years and customer relations for over 10 years. I am a people person and love working with others. I am a proud alumna of the University of Memphis where I earned my bachelors in Organizational Leadership.
I am a native of Clarksville, TN. I work in the corporate sector for a healthcare company. I am excited to work on Upshift because I can do what I love and connect with new people.
How has it been working on Upshift?
I am new to the Upshift family and have only worked as a server. The client was very collaborative, and the work assignment and instructions were spot on. I love that I get quick responses when I have questions. The office is great at giving communication and letting us know as future opportunities come available.
What do you like most about Upshift?
I love that I can select shifts based on my availability. The App gives all the details to be prepared to work a shift and I do not have to guess where to go and who to speak with. It allows me to earn extra money without having to overwork myself. I’m excited about the future opportunity I have with Upshift!

“The flexibility is definitely one of the most important things for me. Since I have so many other things going on, this is perfect because it gives me the freedom to set my own availability for work.”
