Upshift does not offer any support via phone to Upshifters but we have support available by various means based on your situation. Please click below to learn more about support options based on your situation.
Also, please be aware you will be able to log in to the Upshift app after completing the in-person document check/onboarding session.
In this case, you should have received an email and text message from us inviting you to our document check/onboarding session in one of our offices.
The in-person onboarding is the final step to officially becoming an Upshifter and accessing the shifts in our app! (you won’t be able to login to our app if you haven’t onboarded with us). To learn more about the onboarding, click here: https://upshift.work/onboarding

In this case, the best way to get quick response from us is to message us through the “Contact Us” function in the Upshift mobile app. We will ask you a few questions before you are connected with one of our Upshifter support representatives. You can also find answers to commonly asked questions in the Help Center in the app.
If you are suspended, you will only be able to access the Help Center for a short period of time. In case you cannot access the Help Center, please use a city-specific email below. Please keep in mind that suspensions can only be waived with relevant emergency documentation.
