Tell us what got you into Upshift?
I heard about Upshift from some friends who had signed up. I was really excited about the idea of being able to have more flexibility and try new things. I onboarded in the Summer of 2023 and have been picking up shifts ever since.
What do you do outside of work?
I love spending time with family in my free time. I’m also a foodie so I love to explore the city and find new restaurants. One of best parts of Upshift is the flexibility which allows you to spend more time on the things you love doing outside of work.

Do you have any advice for new Upshifters?
The main thing is being willing to try new things. Upshift provides you with a variety of different shifts so it’s really about finding the ones you like the most. I’m very glad that I was willing to give it a shot because it allowed me to find shifts that I really enjoy.
What has your experience been like on Upshift?
I’ve really enjoyed my time on Upshift. I’ve mostly focused on light industrial shifts at a few different locations around town. My favorite shifts have been at Kao Collins as an Ink Filler and Production Associate. They have a great team there that value your hard work.
