Tell us what got you into Upshift?
I heard about Upshift from one of my friends who had just signed up. At the time, I was looking for something that was full time and flexible. Upshift’s flexibility really appealed to me so I signed up and onboarded right away. It’s been the perfect fit for me and I’ve been working shifts since 2023.
What do you do outside of work?
Upshift’s flexibility has allowed me to spend more time on my hobbies and passions outside of work. I’ve been working to get my CDL as that’s been a goal of mine for awhile. I try to spend as much time with friends and family as possible. I also enjoy working out and hiking when the weather is nice.

Do you have any advice for new Upshifters?
I recommend looking for shifts that fit your strengths and interests. When I first joined the platform, I reviewed the shifts details thoroughly prior to applying for any shifts. I was able to find shifts that really fit my strengths and that helped me be successful.
What has your experience been like on Upshift?
I’ve mostly focused on light industrial shifts since joining the platform. I ‘ve really enjoyed all of them so far. Recently, I’ve been working Kirk’s Natural which has been a great experience. The team is professional, organized and provides a fun work environment. It’s one of the best places that I’ve ever worked at.
