The Challenge
As one of the largest and most premier event centers in the Tri-State, the Savannah Center must always provide superior service to its clients’ needs. For many years the Savannah Center resorted to traditional staffing services to fill the shifts at their events. However, they were confronted by the ever-present issues when using traditional staffing companies – reliability and worker quality.
Enter Upshift
When Upshift approached Savannah Center in 2017, General Manager Steve Dawkins decided to pursue a full partnership to solve his staffing issues. Upshift enabled Steve to post his shifts within seconds rather than making multiple calls to various agencies.
Since his first post on Upshift, Steve noticed a drastic increase in the quality and reliability of workers. The Savannah Center has had Upshifters with extensive, little, or no experience in the industry.
