Tell us what got you into Upshift?
I heard about Upshift from a few friends who had signed up. I was looking for a flexible position that allowed me to change my schedule on a weekly basis. I signed up right after hearing about it and have been working shifts since the Spring of 2022.
What do you do outside of work?
If I’m not working, I spend as much time as possible with friends and family. One of the best parts of living in Miami is being able to enjoy the outdoors year round. There are so many fun activities to do on the water that you have to take advantage of it if you live here.

Do you have any advice for new Upshifters?
Early on, I tried to work as many different shifts as I could. This allowed me to find my favorite places to work. I really enjoyed being able to work a variety of different positions and gain more experience.
Would you recommend Upshift to your friends and family?
I was really lucky that my friends recommended Upshift to me. I knew the flexibility was a good fit but never expected to enjoy the shifts as much as I have. I’ve really enjoyed working at loanDepot during the Marlins games. The atmosphere is second to none.
