Flexible Work in Miami

It’s easy to be an Upshifter once you are on but we have a rigorous selection process consisting of an online personality assessment and an in-person meeting before you get started

1. Apply online

The first step is to complete our personality assessment. Fewer than 12% of those who apply to Upshift are approved to become Upshifters- so congrats to you if you pass! If you pass the assessment, we’ll invite you to come to an in-person onboarding/orientation at our office in Greater Miami. After you complete this session, you will get access to our mobile app and be able to see all the available shifts in Miami.

2. Pick your Shift

You can choose shifts based on your schedule, skills, and interests. Whether you are looking to work a flexible part-time job a few times a month or find a full-time “Upshift to Hire” job, we are here to help. Once accepted, confirm the shift, and it’s yours. Use the mobile app to clock in and out. Review the company and the company reviews you. Having good reviews gives you more opportunities with better pay.

3. Build your Profile

After you work shifts, you will gain experience in the app and reviews from the businesses that you work for. As you gain experience, reviews, and skills, better opportunities will be available for you!

4. Get Paid

You’ll get paid directly to your bank account or cash card each Friday for the prior week. You can also get paid everyday after you have worked on Upshift for at least two week through our partnership with Earnin!
