The Challenge
Riverbend Music Center was looking to fill third shift positions to faciliate and then clean up after performances. After staffing agencies had difficulty with quality and turnaround time, Riverbend turned to Upshift.
How Upshift Met the Challenge
Riverbend posted its first shift with Upshift in April, and it was completely filled in less than 24 hours. Since then Upshift has maintained a fill rate above 95% with most shifts being filled in under 24 hours. Finding extra help during concerts for Riverbend was as easy as clicking a button to post a shift. Staffing headaches previously experienced in the run-up to an event have been eliminated since Upshift.
