Tell us what got you into Upshift?
I actually heard about Upshift on social media in January, 2023. I just moved to Kentucky from Florida so I was looking for some extra income that wouldn’t require me to work a set schedule every week. I had a lot going on personally especially after the move so finding some like Upshift was exactly what I needed.
What do you do outside of work?
My favorite things to do in my free time all involve being outdoors in nature. We love to hike, kayak and fish anytime we have the chance to. I haven’t been kayaking around the Cincinnati area yet but we have done a lot of fishing which has been great. We hope to do some traveling in the coming months so that we can get some more kayaking, hiking and fishing in.

Do you have any advice for new Upshifters?
Make sure to apply for shifts that you know you can be successful at. You’re able to view all the shift details prior to applying which is very helpful. Once you arrive onsite, be friendly and ready to do the best job possible.
Would you recommend Upshift to your friends and family?
The first shift I ever picked up was at RPI Graphic Data Solutions at the end of January, 2023. I really enjoyed it right from my very first day there and I’ve been going back ever since. There are a lot of cool projects that we work on every day so there’s always a lot going on and it keeps things fresh. The people at RPI are the main reason that I’ve loved my time there so much. The staff at RPI are great and I’ve met so many awesome Upshifters during my shifts there.
