Tell us what got you into Upshift?
I heard about Upshift from one of the my friends at the beginning of 2023. I was working as a caregiver full time but was looking to make a change. My friend had just signed up and thought it would be the perfect thing for me as I was transitioning from my current job.
What do you do outside of work?
I love spending time with my dog. He’s a pug retriever so he’s full of energy and loves to play outside. I’m always trying to find new places in Phoenix for us to explore on our walks.

Do you have any advice for new Upshifters?
Make sure you’re open to the opportunities the app provides. You get the option to select the shifts which fit your skillset and experience. This will allow you to put yourself in the best position to succeed.
Would you recommend Upshift to your friends and family?
I’ve worked almost all my shifts at Great Wolf Lodge since I joined the platform. The staff there has always made an effort to make me feel part of the team. I’ve been able to find the perfect shifts there that fit my schedule which has been a huge blessing.
